L Greggain & Co Ltd is a family run business which was established by the late Len Greggain in 1962. All of our machinery and plant is owned by the business and we can therefore also offer a plant hire with the different types of machinery that we have, JCB’s, Fastrac & trailer for example.

The main stay of the business however, is in new build and speculative housing, which has been carried out over the past years with excellent results. We build both as a main contractor and also carry out our own developments, the current one being Victoria Court in Neyland. We are also nearing completion on our development at Fern Rise Neyland, for which we have received a NHBC Site Management Quality Award in 2005.
